Emotional Oranges is a R&B/pop band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2017. The group’s first single, “Motion,” was released on SoundCloud on May 4, 2018, and served as the theme song for RuPaul’s Drag Race 2018. The Juice: Vol. I, the group’s debut studio album, was released on May 10, 2019. The Juice: Vol. II, the group’s second studio album, was released on November 8, 2019. Avant Garden Records and Island Records distributed both albums.
Emotional Oranges returned to the road for A Very Emotional Tour, with assistance from Avant Garden labelmates Chiiild, leading to the release of their second album. They traveled to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Tokyo, and Australia as part of this tour.
Emotional Oranges have kept their names hidden while promoting many tunes, all of which were released within the last year.
