David Broza Information
David Simon Berwick Broza (September 4, 1955) is an Israeli singer-songwriter. Contemporary pop and Spanish music are blended in his work. He was born in Haifa, Israel, David Broza. He was born to an Israeli-British businessman of Jewish German-Dutch ancestry.
His music synthesizes his upbringing in Israel, Spain, and England. To spread a message of peace, David Broza has been actively performing and promoting his song "Yihye Tov" (It'll be Good) since its 1977 debut.
Broza started a new project in 2013 that involved recording Israeli and Palestinian artists in a studio in East Jerusalem for eight days and nights.
A potent message on cooperation and cohabitation, East Jerusalem West Jerusalem is a compilation of thirteen songs that mix cultures, languages, and genres. The Steve Earle-produced CD features an emotionally charged duet with Wyclef Jean.
