Danielle Nicole is an American musician and singer from Kansas City, Missouri, born Danielle Nicole Schnebelen. Her music is classified as soul and blues. She released a self-titled solo debut EP on March 10, 2015. The EP was released via Concord Records and featured Grammy Award-winning producer-guitarist Anders Osborne. "Didn't Do You No Good" was a track included in the EP that American Blues Scene premiered on February 25, 2015.
Danielle Nicole was previously associated with the band Trampled Under Foot with her brothers Nick Schnebelen and Kris. She released her debut album as a solo artist in September 2015, entitled Wolf Den. Anders Osborne produced the album, and it reached number 2 on the Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. Cry No More was the second release by Nicole that hit number 1 on the Billboard Top Blues Albums Chart. This album's collaborators include Maia Sharp, Pam Rose, Anthony LaPeau, Danielle Schnebelen, Bill Withers, Prince, and Jeff Paris.
Nicole's other notable albums include Live at the Gospel Lounge (May 22, 2017). She received two Blues Music Awards in 2019 for her album "Cry No More." Nicole also earned three additional Independent Blues Awards in September 2019 for other discographies. She also earned many nominations and was inducted into Canada's South Blues Society Hall of Fame.
