Chino & Nacho, hailing from Venezuela, is a pop duet comprised of Miguel Ignacio Mendoza Donatti (Nacho) and Jesús Alberto Miranda Pérez (Chino), who were born on August 22, 1983, and November 15, 1984, respectively. Época de Reyes, their debut album, was published in 2008 and was accessible in several Latin American nations. In all, they put out five albums. With the release of Mi Niña Bonita in 2010, the band was bestowed the Latin Grammy for Best Urban Album.
They were named 2012's Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Artist of the Year at the Pepsi Venezuela Music Awards. In 2013, they received Video of the Year, and in 2015, they were named Theme of the Year. 2017, they earned Tropical Fusion Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Theme of the Year.
Allegedly, due to differences in taste in music and the pursuit of independent careers, the pair declared their split on February 24, 2017, ending the speculations.
Three years apart, the pair reunited in March 2020 and announced their comeback to music with the release of "Raro" on March 13, 2020—their first song in that time—after days of speculation on social media.
