After Krisko's birth in Detroit, her family moved shortly after that to New York City, where she enrolled in the esteemed NYC Professional Performing Arts School. There, she studied alongside other aspiring young artists such as Jessie Eisenberg (an actor known for her role in The Social Network) and Danielle Polanco (a choreographer known for her work with Beyonce and Lady Gaga).
After earning the highest grade point average and graduating at the top of her class, Krisko continued her education at Circle in the Square, a prestigious private arts conservatory in Manhattan, where she was taught by some of the city's most renowned teachers. The Broadcast is a six-piece powerful rock and roll band based out of Asheville, North Carolina, at the moment.
Caitlin Krisko is the lead vocalist for the band. Krisko also teaches vocal lessons and sings in various side projects, including her solo project, which focuses on a collection of classic and contemporary popular songs that she enjoys performing at weddings and private events and charity benefits with guitar virtuoso Aaron Austin accompanying. At the same time, the band tours full-time nationally; Krisko teaches vocal lessons and sings in various side projects, including her solo project.
