Andy Grammer (December 3, 1983) is an American record producer, singer, and songwriter born in Los Angeles, California. He started on trumpet and then progressed to guitar and keyboard. At 15, he started creating songs. He dropped out of Binghamton University in Vestal, New York, when he was 20 and moved back to Los Angeles.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Studies from California State University, Northridge in 2007. On June 9, 2017, Grammer dropped a new track titled "Give Love, " featuring LunchMoney Lewis. The song "A Friend Like You" from the animated feature Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie was also written and sung by Grammer.
Released on November 3, 2017, "Smoke Clears" is the album's third single. On December 1, 2017, the album was finally released. Released on the soundtrack to the 2019 film Five Feet Apart, Grammer's new single "Don't Give Up On Me" was made available on February 21. It's also the first taste of his fourth studio album, Naive, released on July 26, 2019. Grammer revealed his new publishing deal with Mushroom in March of 2022.
