The venue is owned by El Paso Country and operated by the Colorado Springs World Arena. Pikes Peak Center was opened for the general public in 1982. The theater has a seating capacity of 1,171 seats on the main floor, 528 seats on the balcony level, and 290 seats on the mezzanine level. The Pikes Peak Center possesses a remarkable sound system with large loudspeakers and a movable stage. It also has dressing rooms having toilets, showers, and makeup stations. The beautiful design and architect of the venue have been acclaimed internationally.
