Reena Cool was born in Israel and grew up in the greater Boston area. She relocated to Chicago because she was obsessed with the comedy scene, quickly becoming a fan favorite. Today, she is a nationally touring headliner after establishing herself as one of the Midwest's most popular and in-demand comedians. Reena's material draws from a lifetime of bad decisions that are autobiographical, hilarious, and deliciously incorrect.
And speaking of odd life decisions, she's the only woman in the United States who makes a living as a traveling stand-up comic. This wordsmith is on the road constantly with her distinctive #Calmedy tours, performing stand-up and living off of a pimped-up Prius. Her goal is to spread joy across the country (just a few left to go).
She has shared the stage with such greats as Arsenio Hall, Laurie Kilmartin, and Eddie Pepitone. Reena has been featured on radio and television programs, including WGN Radio, the Doug Loves Movies podcast, and The Jackie & Laurie Show. She was recently honored as Comic of the Week. Her debut album, titled "CALMEDY," was just recorded with Helium Comedy Records.
