At Performer's Edge Dancing Center, they strive to instill a love of dancing in students of all ages and abilities; the classes are more than that. Whether this is your first dance lesson or your interest in making dance your career, PEDC is a great place to learn and grow in an encouraging and supportive community.
They have faith that their highly trained faculty will instill in their students a feeling of pride in their work and a sense of self-control that will serve them well in the real world. Amie Hollborn, the company's director and owner, opened PEDC in 2003 in a 2,400-square-foot, two-room space. The dance studio expanded to 5,000 square feet and four rooms in just five years. A new, state-of-the-art facility, 10,000 square feet, was designed, planned, and built by PEDC from 2015 to 2018. It opened to the public in March 2018.
All five new dance rooms are large and equipped with high-quality sound systems and sprung dance floors. At PEDC, we provide dance lessons for all skill levels, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, acrobatics, voice, piano, and more.
