Pat Regan Information
New York City is the unlikely home of stand-up comedian and author Pat Regan. He most recently worked as a staff writer on HACKS on HBO Max, created by Mike Schur and the BROAD CITY team of Paul W. Downs, Lucia Aniello, and Jen Statsky. The fourth season of SEARCH PARTY also included him in a guest role. Before focusing on stand-up, he spent three years as a house improviser at New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
Caroline's on Broadway, Ars Nova, Littlefield, Union Hall, Knitting Factory, The Bell House, and The Duplex are just some of the NYC locations where Pat has brought his stand-up show "Unsuccessful by Choice." Pat is one of Comedy Central's UP NEXT comedians. His performances have been featured at festivals such as Outside Lands, the New York Comedy Festival, the Michigan LGBT ComedyFest, Podfest NYC, the Vulture Festival, and Comedy Central's Clusterfest 2018 in San Francisco.
Pat is the weekly host of the popular (and divisive) podcast (and live stage performance) "Seek Treatment with Cat and Pat," which is accessible wherever you get your podcasts. The likes of the New York Times, OUT, Vulture, and PAPER Magazine have all profiled Pat, and the latter magazine named him one of the "100 people who will take over 2019."
