Over ten years ago, at the Rascals Comedy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, Lawrence Killebrew made his debut as a comedian. Soon after, he entertained college students and young adults at venues around the United States under the comedy club brands Laff Factory, Improv, and Rascals—his humble beginnings as an open-mic performer to his current status as a well-acclaimed comedian.
Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with and served as an opener for renowned comics like Katt Williams, Kevin Hart, and Bill Burr. His monthly comedy program, "Tickle Me Tuesdays," lasted six years at Philadelphia's storied "Laff House." He hosted, wrote, and produced all of the shows. Killebrew and other comedians visited the troops stationed in Seoul, South Korea, in early 2010. The comedian was also a guest DJ on "Philly Home Jamz" on Sunday nights on Radio One's 100.3 The Beat.
He topped the Atlanta Film Festival with his performance in the film Sucka 4 Luv. After a worldwide search for comedians, Kevin Hart and Hart Beat Productions chose him to star in their smash hit show Hart Of The City on Comedy Central. He also starred in the popular Bounce TV show "Family Time."
