Jessimae Peluso (September 16, 1982) is an American television personality and stand-up comedian. She is most recognized for being a cast member on MTV's Girl Code for the first two seasons. Jessimae Peluso was born in the city of Syracuse in the state of New York. She has Italian ancestors. She graduated in 2000 from Henninger High School. She began performing stand-up comedy in 2001 at the ImprovBoston in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She subsequently moved to Brooklyn to perform at prestigious places like the Broadway Comedy Club.
Peluso made her television debut in 2013 with MTV's Girl Code ensemble. She appeared in the show's first two seasons before departing before the third season launch. After leaving Girl Code, Peluso continued to disseminate her comedy through social media, such as Twitter and Instagram. She made a running joke about having a "crush" on John Stamos via social media. Peluso's wit had been noted by Stamos, who praised her for it.
Even after leaving Girl Code, Peluso maintained close contact with Carly Aquilino, a previous cast member. They've also been doing stand-up gigs together and visiting different comedy clubs.
