The Free Beer and Hot Wings Show are syndicated throughout the US, and Compass Media Networks distribute it. The show also guest hosts The Dan Patrick Show on multiple occasions.
The Free Beer and Hot Wings Show solicits the nomination by their listeners who belong to low-income families to be the Holiday Break-in recipients to provide holiday gifts.
