Upon entering this world on October 12th, 1980, he did so in Trenton, New Jersey. At the age of nine, Darryl Damn's family uprooted and moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where his mother reared him as a single parent. He also has four lovely kids who keep him grounded and to whom he strives to provide everything he lacked as a child and more.
As far back as his mother can remember, Dams has been making people laugh. However, he has only been doing comedy professionally since 2001. His philosophy is "put in the time and effort while you're young, and you'll reap the benefits while you're still young." Darryl Damn has also been featured on TV 1's "Who's Got Jokes?" and the critically acclaimed shows Comic View and Def Comedy Jam. He has also made appearances at numerous universities and comedy clubs across the country, including the Funnybone in Cincinnati, Jokes And Notes in Chicago, the Improve in Florida, and the House of Comedy in Detroit.
In addition to Lottery Ticket, Comedy Club, and the indie film Baby Boy Don't Get Your Haircut At Da Last Dragon Barbershop, he has appeared in the videos Takeoff by Young Dro and Never Scared by Bone Crusher.
