Mexican-born actor and comedian Carlos Ballarta was born in Mexico in 1990. He trained as an actor after growing up in the Metropolitan area's Chicoloapan borough. His initial foray into the arts was as a voice actor, and he performed at an Open mic for the first time in 2012. The anxiety of being stared down by an audience led him to wear spectacles, eventually becoming his distinguishing feature.
