Ben Palmer Information
Ben Palmer (born 1976) is a British film and television director. His television credits include the sketch program Bo' Selecta! (which aired on Channel 4 from 2002 to 2006), the second and third series of the sitcom The Inbetweeners (which aired on E4 from 2009 to 2010), and the comedy-drama Breeders, which aired on Sky Atlantic (2020). In addition to acting as a director, Palmer has also directed movies like the Inbetweeners spin-off, Man Up (2011), and the romantic comedy The Inbetweeners Movie (2015).
Penny Bridge, located in Barrow-in-Furness, is where Palmer spent his childhood. Chetwynde was one of the schools he attended. His first gig as a director was for the sketch show Bo' Selecta! on Channel 4, which he co-developed with the show's main star, Leigh Francis. He directed the show for two seasons. In 2009 and 2010, respectively, Palmer directed the second and third series of the British television sitcom The Inbetweeners, which aired on E4.
