Chicago Cubs Convention Information
The Chicago Cubs 37th annual Cubs Convention was held from January 12 to 15, 2024, at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. Fans, players, coaches, and alums came together for a fun and exciting baseball weekend.
Fans could meet Cubs legends and current players at the convention via autograph sessions. Special panel discussions were also held with President of Baseball Operations Jed Hoyer and General Manager Carter Hawkins, who provided updates on what's to come for the team this season. The fans loved hearing about the Cubs' future straight from the team's leadership.
One of the weekend's biggest highlights was a live recording of "The Compound" podcast with Cubs outfielder Ian Happ. The interactive exhibits included popular archive display rooms of the team's rich history. The youth baseball and softball clinic to end the event gave young fans a chance to learn and sharpen their skills with Cubs alums and coaches. It was a weekend full of memories, learning, and getting closer to the team.
