Buffalo Bills Information

The Buffalo Bills is a professional football team established on October 28, 1959. The team plays home games at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The Pegulas, Terry, and Kim own the Bills. Their current president is also Terry Pegula. The team general manager is Brandon Beane, and the head coach is Sean McDermott. Their standard issue uniforms are various shades of blue and blue-based colors.

In 2021, the Bills defeated the Patriots 47-17 in the first playoff meeting between the two teams in 59 years. The game was the only "perfect offensive game" in NFL history, as the Bills scored a touchdown on every offensive possession. Jim Kelly's No. 12, Thurman Thomas's No. 34, and Bruce Smith's No. 78 have all been retired by the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have only officially retired three jersey numbers. However, many others are no longer distributed to players or are seldom worn.

WGR AM 550 in Buffalo is the network's main station, with WWKB AM 1520 as a simulcast station for all home games. After John Murphy (announcer from 2003 to 2022 and color commentator most years from 1984 to 2003) suffered a stroke, the role of play-by-play announcer for the team was passed on to Chris Brown. Eric Wood, a former center with the Bills, now works as a color commentator.

In the 2024 NFL Draft, the Bills selected Keon Coleman, WR, from Florida State as the 33rd draft pick.

The Buffalo Bills finished 2024 with an 11–6 record, winning the AFC East but falling short in the playoffs. This offseason brought significant changes, most notably the trade of Stefon Diggs. To help fill that gap, Buffalo drafted wide receiver Malachi Corley out of Western Kentucky. They also added linebacker Cedric Gray and safety Kamren Kinchens to strengthen the defense. The Bills brought in Darnell Mooney to add veteran presence at wideout. Josh Allen returns to lead the offense, aiming to push deeper into the postseason. Their 2025 season begins with a division matchup against the New York Jets.
