Verivery Information
Verivery is a South Korean boy band. The current lineup consists of Kangmin, Yongseung, Yeonho, Gyehyeon, Minchan, Hoyoung, and Dongheon. Along with the other members of Verivery, they self-produced their DIY albums and several DIY music videos edited and directed by Minchan. The name of Verivery, the first boy group from Jellyfish Entertainment in six years since VIXX, was later confirmed by the company on August 23, 2018, when they announced that they would be introducing a seven-member boy group. Their name, Verivery, is a mix of the terms "diverse," "energetic," "real," and "innovation," and is from the Latin word "veri," which means "truth."
The future trio would appear in the reality series Now Verivery: Real Road Movie, Mnet stated before their debut. Along with the reality show's premiere, the OST for their Super Special reality show was released on September 21, 2018. The group unveiled the DIY music video for "Super Special" off the Now Verivery OST on November 9.
With the release of their first extended play Veri-Us and its lead track, "Ring Ring Ring," on January 9, 2019, the group made their public debut. The group's DIY music video for the Veri-Us album's lead single, "Ring Ring Ring," was released on February 24. Verivery's second extended play Veri-Able, along with its lead single, "From Now," was released on April 24. The band's DIY music video for the Veri-Able album's lead single, "From Now," was published on June 1.
