Todd Harrold is an American drummer and lead singer who is based in Indiana. Since 1991, he has fronted his own band with his music being defined as classic soul, blues, jazz, and classic rock. The vocal style of Harrold is compared to that of Boz Scaggs, Bill Withers, and Gil Scott Heron.
Harrold has released eight studio albums under his name and hosts a weekly radio show, The Burnt Toast Show, on WBOI 89.1 FM. Additionally, Todd provides private lessons from his home teaching studio since 2004. He has won many awards and honors such as Whatzup Magazine Jazz Artist of the Year eight times. He has also appeared in Down Beat, Relix, Modern Drummer, and Performing Songwriter Magazines. Harrold has shared the stage with many big names such as Tommy Castro, Kenny Neal, the Bodeans, The Derek Trucks Band, The Doobie Brothers, Tom "Bones" Malone, Melvin Rhyne, Gov't Mule, Lalah Hathaway, Leon Russell, and Marcus King Band.
