Thomas Headon (August 17, 2000) is a British-born Australian singer and songwriter. He was born in London, England. At age five, he and his family uprooted and headed for Melbourne, Australia. When he was 14, he began taking piano lessons and writing songs. Having spent his childhood in Australia, Headon returned to his birthplace of London in 2019 to pursue a career in music. Headon's career as a professional musician began with his YouTube cover videos.
Grace, his debut single, was released in 2019, and subsequent singles include Clean Me Up, Loving You, and Car Window. He went on his first foreign tour in 2020, including UK stops. On the track "Dizzy," he collaborated with Alfie Templeman and Chloe Moriondo. First came March 2020's The Greatest Hits EP, followed by March 2022's Victoria EP and its tracks "Nobody Has to Know," "Strawberry Kisses," and "How Do I Know?"
MTV featured him as one of their "Push" talents predicted to be successful, and the Official Charts Company labeled him an artist to watch for 2022. During the summer of 2022, Headon accompanied the indie band Only the Poets on their European tour. Sigrid's European tour will also feature him as an opening act. Indie pop, lo-fi, and alternative all find their way into Headon's sound. When asked about the genre he prefers to write in, Headon says he has yet to make up his mind.
