In 2018, Philadelphia's Star Kitchen, a funk supergroup, exploded into the scene with a live show featuring covers, explorations, live remixes of classics and deep cuts from the last 50 years, and brand-new original music mind-expanding and soulful. While setlists vary from show to show, common artists included Parliament/Funkadelic, The Beatles, Prince, Led Zeppelin, Curtis Mayfield, and a plethora of lesser-known artists made popular through sample use in hip-hop.
