Shamans Harvest Information
Shaman's Harvest is an American alternative metal band. The group's current lineup consists of Derrick Shipp, Adam Zemanek, Cord Bishop, Josh Hamler, and Nathan Hunt. The band released three albums early on: 1999's Last Call for Goose Creek, 2002's Synergy, and 2006's March of the Bastards.
From their 2009 album Shine, the single "Dragonfly" peaked at #16 on the Active Rock chart, #9 on the Heritage Rock chart, and #34 on the Rock Songs list. Over 33,000 copies of the album were sold, and the single sold over 130,000. The film Legendary had the song in its soundtrack.
As Drew McIntyre's theme music in the WWE, "Broken Dreams" was recorded by Shaman's Harvest in early 2010. They kept working together, and their song "End of Days" was featured as Wade Barrett and The Corre's opening number. They also composed the theme song, "And Then There Was Darkness," for the WrestleMania 31 main event between Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker. Their song "Anger" is featured in the movie No One Lives.
During the sessions for Smokin' Hearts & Broken Guns, Hunt was diagnosed with throat cancer and underwent treatment. In September 2014, lead guitarist Ryan Tomlinson departed to focus on his band, Driving Wheel. He was replaced on the tour for Smokin' Hearts & Broken Guns by guitarist Derrick Shipp.
