Phantoms Information
Phantoms is an American electronic dance music duo based in Los Angeles. The group’s current lineup consists of former teenage actors Vinnie Pergola and Kyle Kaplan. In March 2017, the duo released its eponymous debut album. They also released a song entitled “Just a Feeling.” The song was downloaded more than 5,000 times and charted on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart at number 40. The first and the second single of their debut album entitled “Been Here Before” and “Pulling Me In” were released.
Pergola and Kaplan used to listen to classic rock bands such as Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin before the band’s formation. The duo also had a garage band. They learned and started producing electronic music in 2007. Phantoms collaborated with Giorgio Moroder in 2017 to release the song entitled “Champagne, Secrets, & Channel.”
Phantoms also collaborated with Vanessa Hudgens in October 2018 to release another single, “Lay With Me.” The single was officially released on October 3, 2018. Phantoms also released the single “Are You Up” on February 22, 2019. The single also featured Shaylen. Other notable singles of the duo include “Throw It In The Fire,” “Designs for You,” “Moonlight,” “Cocaine,” and many others.
