Pablo Alboran Information
Pablo Moreno de Alborán Ferrándiz (May 31, 1989) is a Spanish singer, musician, and songwriter born in Málaga, Spain. Popularly known as Pablo Alboran, he revolves his music around Latin pop, pop, and Flamenco genres. When he was young, he had vocal classes with seasoned performers in Málaga and Madrid. He was interested in learning to play various musical instruments, including the piano, flamenco guitar, classical guitar, and acoustic guitar.
Alboran's first two songs, "Amor de Barrio" (Neighborhood Love) and "Desencuentro" (Disagreement), which would appear on his debut album ten years later, were written by him when he was just 12 years old (2002).
Alborán has published two live albums, five studio albums, and numerous musical collaborations throughout his career. He secured a contract with Warner Music Spain in 2013.
Alborán has received numerous accolades, including a Goya Award for Best Original Song, two Gaviota de Oro, nine LOS40 Music Awards, and two Premios Dial. Alborán has received 23 and three Latin Grammy nominations over the years.
Prometo, Alborán's fourth studio album, was a critical and financial success. It was released in 2017. Among other achievements, it gave rise to the singles "Saturno" and "No Vaya a Ser." In 2020, he released his fifth album, Vertigo, and in 2022, La Cuarta Hoja came out as his sixth.
