Mr Elevator Information
Mr. Elevator is a California-based band that was first known as Mr. Elevator and the Brain Hotel. Later on, the group became known as simply “Mr. Elevator.” The music of the band delved in-depth to the sounds of psychedelia, led by Tomas Dolas (keyboardist). Mr. Elevator was formed in 2012 when Tomas Dolas and Justin Martinez (drummer) were skateboarding, and both of them created a strong bond over the psychedelic sounds. The first two records by the band explored the light and breezy sides of psychedelia.
Tomas Dolas and Justin Martinez teamed up with Wyatt Blair (bassist) and formed the guitar-less band. The breezy psych-pop of the 1960s heavily influenced the first record by the Mr. Elevator. In 2013, they released “Nico and Her Psychedelic Subconscious” under Burger Records. In 2017, its second album entitled “When The Morning Greets You” was released. It featured the core duo of Blair and Dolas. The band released its third and latest album in 2019 entitled “Alone Together.”
