Monica Czausz Information
Monica Czausz is an American young classical musician. She has swiftly established herself as one of the most talented young organists in the United States today. She was named amongst the top 20 organists under 30 in The Diapason's May 2016 issue for her inventive programming, unique organ use, and attractive manner.
Czausz has performed at many conferences, including the 2019 AGO Mid-Atlantic Regional Convention in southern New Jersey, the 2017 AGO Southwest Regional Convention in Dallas, and the 2017 AGO Northeast Regional/National RCCO Convention Montréal.
During the summer of 2017, Czausz headlined a full-length nighttime performance at the OHS convention for the third year in a row. She produced a "fantastic performance that exhibited musical competence far beyond her years" at the AGO National Convention in Houston, Texas, in 2016, according to The American Organist, both for Evensong at Christ Church Cathedral and as a "Rising Star."
Czausz recently played at the Eccles Festival in Salt Lake City, Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Broadway Baptist Church of Forth Worth, St. Paul's Chapel at Trinity Wall Street, Merrill Auditorium in Portland Maine, the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, and Spivey Hall in Morrow Georgia.
