Meghan Elizabeth Trainor (December 22, 1993) is a famous American singer, songwriter, and TV host. She was born in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Her 2014 debut song "All About That Bass" went platinum and number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S., selling over 11 million copies globally, catapulting her to stardom when she signed with Epic Records. The five studio albums that Trainor has recorded with the label have garnered several honors, including the Best New Artist Grammy in 2016.
At the beginning of 2013, she started penning and producing songs for other musicians. Title, Trainor's first studio album for a big label, was released in 2015 and featured the artist's top ten songs; the album made its debut at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200. Thank You (2016), her R&B follow-up album, and its lead song "No" peaked at No. 3.
The lead track "Made You Look" from her October 21, 2022, album Takin' It Back peaked at No. 5 in several countries, including the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Timeless (2024) is Trainor's sixth studio album with a major label, and the first single, "Been Like This," was released by Trainor and T-Pain on March 14, 2024.
The planned release date for the album is June 7, 2024. With opening performers Natasha Bedingfield, Paul Russell, Chris Olsen, and Ryan, Trainor will launch The Timeless Tour in September 2024 to support Timeless.
