Lucas Jerrod Hoge is an American singer, songwriter, and musician from Hubbell, Nebraska. He is the host of “Hoge Wild” that airs on Sportsman Channel. Hoge went to the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was only 17 when he started to play the guitar. He is now the lead artist for two bands are “Xtreme Devotion,” a Christian music group, and “Southern Cross,” a rock band. His official career was launched with the help of residents of the small town. He moved to an apartment in Nashville, where he began working during the day, and in the evening, he would perform in small clubs.
In 2002, Hoge’s first CD came out entitled “In My Dreams.” He recorded the first song for television entitled “If I Only Could.” The song was featured on the hit show Smallville. In 2006, he released his second album entitled “Dirt.” In 2007, Hoge appeared on some notable television programs, including Toby Keith Christmas production and a Sunday Night Football promotion with Faith Hill.
Hoge has also toured London and the Middle East, where he performed for the American troops. He visited bases in Alaska, Africa, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Kuwait, and Iraq. He has been a star and host of the television show, Last Chance Highway by Animal Planet. Hoge released his debut album, Dirty South, on July 28, 2017. Moreover, he has been named amongst the Top 10 artists You Need To Know (2017) by Rolling Stone and NRA Country artists for July 2017 by NRA Country.
