Kentucky has been blessed with the talents of Linda Jean Stokley and Montana Hobbs for nearly a decade.
After years of hard work and success (including tours with Tyler Childers and Colter Wall and plaudits from The New York Times), they have established themselves as the definitive voice of authentic Kentucky music. The team has set out on a mission to create something genuine while pushing the boundaries of the traditions they hold dear with their self-titled debut on La Honda Records (home to some of today's most creative composers, including Colter Wall, Riddy Arman, Vincent Neil Emerson).
Longtime mentor and Grammy-nominated producer/musician (Assistant Director of the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music at Morehead State) Jesse Wells expertly curates layers of deep rhythms and rich tones over carefully created tales of rural Kentucky float. Jesse is the middle sibling of three.
