Parody bands performing as Little River Band continue to tour under the guise of the actual band in 2020. Stephen Housden, the title's owner, was confident that he would not return to the group to negotiate a return of rights.
Nashville singer/songwriter/guitarist Bruce Wallace took over for Rich Herring in the band in 2022. The band's founding members announced the restored and extended re-release of their first ten albums in September 2022; they were issued on 14 October 2022 alongside two new collections, Ultimate Hits and Masterpieces.
