Their curriculum is geared toward helping students of all ages and skill levels gain a well-rounded understanding of music. They use various approaches to instruction, tailoring lessons to the needs of individual students.
All aspects of music, including live performance, independent study, songwriting, recording, engineering, production, theory, and business/marketing, are available to students. By taking a well-rounded approach to music education, they can expose young children to the undeniable power of music, encourage adults to Join the Band and take the stage, and create the most professionally-ready generation of teenage musicians in today's music industry. Several LHMA grads are enrolled in music degree programs at prestigious institutions such as Berklee College of Music, University of the Arts, Rutgers University, and others.
