King Iso Information
King Iso (1989) is an American artist, producer, and rapper from Omaha, NE. He was born into a military family who moved around a lot and finally settled in Omaha. Iso was exposed to music at an early age because of his stepfather, who used to play classic hip hop albums. He began to polish his skills at 13 and was highly impressed by the fast-paced multi-syllabic styles of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony along with the West Coast scene. Iso spent his early teen years rapping and in a gang. Due to his involvement in criminal activities, he ended up in jail. Upon his release, Iso found himself homeless, so he decided to leave violent street life and pursue his music career.
Reali-T was the first stage name used by King Iso; under this name, he released the T-Virus mixtape in 2013, followed by Project Iso the same year. Later he adopted the moniker Iso and began releasing a non-stop stream of music. Iso released the multi-volume Different series along with IKON and Venom in 2014. Soon he started to work with Twisted Insane’s Brainsick Muzik label and released a breakthrough mixtape entitled The Insanity Plea in 2015.
King Iso worked with Tech N9ne and became close friends. They collaborated on Tech’s track “Bad JuJu,” included on his 2018 album entitled Planet. Dementia was a solo album by Iso that came out in the summer of 2018. It included features from Tech N9ne, King Kash, and Rittz.
