Kcon Information
KCON is a gathering that happens every year in different places worldwide. It was made by Koreaboo and was put on by CJ E&M. In 2012, it was first held in Southern California. By 2022, it was expanded to ten countries.
In 2015, KCON went to Japan and quickly stated that the first KCON USA would occur on the East Coast. 2016, KCON moved to Paris, France, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In January 2017, KCON said that the first KCON Mexico would occur on March 17 and 18 at the Mexico City Arena.
Due to the pandemic, KCON: TACT, an online version of KCON, started on June 20 until June 26, 2020. It can be found on YouTube, AIS Play, and Shopee. The second season began on October 16, 2020, and finished on October 25, 2020. On March 20, 2021, the third season began.
Since the pandemic, the second KCON in person was held in 2023. From May 11-14, KCON Japan took place. The dates for KCON LA 2023 were revealed as August 18–20 at the Crypto Arena, and x fans went.
People could watch performances at the gathering, collaborate on stages, and participate in fan-friendly events like the "K-Con Dream Stage," panels, and workshops. The theme of KCON 2023 was "BE A KCONer," and guests were sent on different "missions" to learn about K-culture.
