Justin Cole Moore (March 30, 1984) is an American country music singer and songwriter born in Poyen, Arkansas. Moore's junior year of high school was when he first started performing publicly. In 2002, after completing college, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, to play with his uncle's Southern rock band. Justin Moore is a country music singer and songwriter of American origin who first gained popularity in 2008 with his first single Backwoods. He combined traditional country, southern rock, and honky-tonk music, which soon made him gain a loyal fan base. His debut album came out in 2009 and contained such hits as Small Town USA and I Could Kick Your Ass. His music is characterized by its down-to-earth lyrics and touching narration of the real life of small towns and the southern lifestyle.
Moore has been releasing hit songs and albums over the years. His largest hits are: “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away,” “Lettin the Night Roll,” and “You Look Like I Need a Drink.” He has traveled all over the country, giving sold-out shows and gaining prominence with several award nominations. The easy country style adopted by Moore has led him to become synonymous with the genre, and his admirers have remained by his side all these years.
In 2025, Moore is keeping himself busy with new music and shows. He recently published his eighth studio album, This Is My Dirt. Randy Houser, Blake Shelton, and Dierks Bentley all collaborated on the album. Moore is also on his "Country Round Here Tonight Tour" and will be performing in the United States.
