Julian Jeweil Information
DJ and music producer Julian Jeweil was born in southern France but has gained widespread recognition worldwide. The EP "AIR CONDITIONNE" became a success when published in 2007. After the success of this masterpiece, Jeweil resumed his musical career by creating another EP for Skryptom titled "POP CORN," which featured a remix from Danton Eeprom. After that, he went on to produce two additional albums: "TOURNESOL" on Craft Music and "MY CAT" on Figure (Len Faki's label). 2010 saw Jeweil sign with not one but two illustrious record labels, Cocoon Records (Sven Vath's label) and PLUS 8 records (Richie Hawtin's label): "BABOO" was released on PLUS 8 records and included four tracks.
One of the three songs on COCOON's "COLOR" is "SOHO," which peaked at No. 1 on the Beatport techno charts. Jeweil also released a remix of Moby's "STAY DOWN" and an EP called "POLAROID" on Sébastien léger's label, Mistakes Music, in the same year. Jeweil has performed on stages in many different countries. d. His live techno PA has been featured at numerous events.
The year 2011 marked Jeweil's emergence as a top-tier techno artist. With his latest EP, "HERMANOS," he has cemented his place among PLUS 8 records' A-listers. The remixes of artists like John Digweed/Nick Muir, Dusty Kid, etc., that he is currently working on.
