Jeremy McComb Information
Jerome "Jeremy" McComb is a former tour manager for comedian Larry the Cable Guy and a country music artist. His father Bob, who was a local musician and regularly played six nights a week. McComb's father often brought McComb to venues when he performed. McComb made his debut at the age of eight when his father invited him to join him on stage to sing "On the Road Again" by Willie Nelson. He later found work as a music director and disc jockey at the radio station KIXZ-FM in Spokane, Washington.
McComb became friends with comedian Larry the Cable Guy while working at the station. He was hired as the comedian's tour manager at the age of 23, in 2004. My Side of Town was his debut album that was released on the Parallel/New Revolution in June 2008. "Wagon Wheel" was the first single of this album that was originally recorded by Bob Dylan.
Some of his other notable albums are Leap & the Net Will Appear May 13, 2008, and FM January 1, 2016. His other singles are "This Town Needs a Bar," "Cold," "Cherry Chapstick," and "5 to Midnight". "Cold" was his first single to enter the Billboard country charts. The song debuted at number 58 in November 2008. McComb is currently working with Parallel/New Revolution.
