Ghostly Kisses Information
Margaux Sauvé, a French Canadian singer-songwriter, performs under Ghostly Kisses. She now records for the British company Akira Records. When Sauvé was a college student studying psychology, inspiration struck, and she began writing music. She had played the violin since she was a child, but she never considered singing as a career. Her first extended play, What You See, came out in March 2017. 2018 saw the publication of her second extended play, This City Holds My Heart. One of the songs on the EP was a cover of "Zombie" by The Cranberries.
She was awarded a slot at the 2019 SXSW Music Festival in Austin. That same year, she dropped another EP titled "Alone Together." These acoustic tracks were featured on the EP. Never Let Me Go, another EP, came out in 2020. With the release of the album's title tune in September of 2021, she announced that her first full-length album would be titled Heaven, Wait. Her first album featured collaborations with her longtime musical and life companion, Louis-Étienne Santais, who also contributed to the record's compositions. On January 28, 2022, the album finally hit shelves.
Red Frontier, a Spotify Original podcast series, premiered on June 14, 2021, with music composed and performed by Ghostly Kisses. Sarah Nolen, who has won an Emmy, is responsible for the podcast's script, direction, and executive production. Maria Dizzia, Charlie Barnett, Ashley Park, Betty Gilpin, and Finn Wittrock star.
