Gary Allan Information
Gary Allan Herzberg (December 5, 1967) is a US-based musician and country performer. His 1996 debut record, Used Heart for Sale on Decca Records, was rated gold. Moreover, the track "Her Man" was the first taste of Allan's country music career. He came out with a new album in 1998 entitled It Would Be You. In addition to becoming Allan's first platinum album, Smoke Rings in the Dark also marked his first release for MCA Nashville. After that, he had two more platinum albums, See If I Care (2003) and Alright Guy (2001).
Allan also released three gold albums, Tough All Over (2005), Greatest Hits (2007), and Living Hard (2007). On January 22, 2013, Allan released his eighth album, Set You Free. On September 17, 2012, released to country radio, the debut song "Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)" quickly climbed to the top of the Country Airplay chart.
Allan dropped a new song named "Hangover Tonight" in March 2015. His tenth studio album, Hard Way, was supposed to start with this song as the first single. Following the success of "Do You Wish It Was Me?" and "Mess Me Up" in 2016, two additional songs were released in 2017. Due to the lack of success of these individual tracks, an album release was postponed.
A new single titled "Waste of a Whiskey Drink" by Allan was released by EMI Nashville on July 31, 2020. On June 25, 2021, he released his tenth studio album, Ruthless.
