G-Eazy Information
Gerald Earl Gillum (May 24, 1989), often known as G-Eazy, is an American rapper, record producer, and actor. He started his career in 2006 out of Oakland, California, and released two studio albums independently before signing with RCA Records and releasing his third album, These Things Happen (2014). The album reached its highest position at No.3 on the US Billboard 200, and the RIAA certified its first single, "I Mean It" (with Remo), triple platinum.
The single "Me, Myself & I" (with Bebe Rexha) reached No.7 on the Billboard Hot 100, promoting his fourth studio album, When It's Dark Out (2015), which was also well-received. His most recent album, 2017's The Beautiful & Damned, maintained his chart success and reached the same position as These Things Happen on the Billboard 200. "No Limit" (with ASAP Rocky and Cardi B) was the first single, reaching a high of No.4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
In the summer of 2023, G-Eazy confirmed the imminent release of his new album in several interviews. The debut song of his forthcoming seventh studio album, Freak Show, "Femme Fatale" (featuring Kali and Coi Leray), was released on April 4, 2024. The album released the second single, "Anxiety," on June 6, 2024. On June 21, 2024, the Freak Show was released.
