Feed Me Information
Jonathan Gooch (August 22, 1984) is a British DJ and dubstep, electro house, drum, and bass producer, professionally known by his stage name, Feed Me. He was born in Hertfordshire, England. When Gooch initially started making music, he went by the moniker Spor. Spor and long-time buddy Chris Renegade created Lifted Songs in 2006 after a successful partnership with Renegade Hardware and Barcode Recordings and releases with Teebee's Subtitles Recordings. They signed music from Apex, Evol Intent, Ewun, and Phace.
Spor's second double EP, Conquerors, and Commoners, was released on the Lifted Music label on February 24, 2010. He stated the title was inspired by a comment by Harlan Ellison in an interview with K Magazine. Feed Me is Gooch's electro house and dubstep project. Under deadmau5's mau5trap label, a two-track EP titled "Raw Chicken" was published. Noisia's label Division published another tune, "Mordez Moi," alongside the group's original "B.R.U.L."
Gooch released a new track named "Little Cat Steps" on August 20, 2012. Soon after, he announced that he was working on a full-length record. Gooch established the record label Sotto Voce to distribute songs under the Feed Me moniker and give young, aspiring musicians a place to release their work. Calamari Tuesday was his first studio album, published under the new label on October 14, 2013. It featured 15 original tracks from his alias Feed Me, two of which had previously been released as singles.
