Fear Experiment (FE) is defined as a fun and unique way through which a community is founded. This summer camp is held and based-in Chicago. In the Fear Experiment, strangers come together and learn a form of art. They rehearse for nearly two and a half months, and once they are done rehearsing, they celebrate the night in front of a massive audience. As a result, a consistent source of support and laughter is witnesses.
The criteria to participate in Fear Experiment (FE) are that you sign up independently, be a kind human being, and most importantly, your inner-you must feel the excitement that was never experienced before. The summer camp is meant for complete newbies and folks who majored in an art-form in college. Enrolling yourself in FE would be a unique, unforgettable experience, just as attending the performance. One can get a chance to enjoy this summer camp in four ways; as a participant, as a partner, as a producer, and as an audience member.
Some notable points that are looked upon in a participant by FE include an adventuresome spirit, a positive and team-oriented attitude, being inferior at some specific skill, fear or nervousness, dependability, and adhering to deadlines.
