Face Vocal Band Information
Face is an American Cappella band from Boulder, Colorado. The group's current lineup consists of Ryan Driver, Stephen Ross, Mark Megibow, Cody Qualls, and Forest Kelly. They made their first national performances as one of the eight original groups on NBC's inaugural season of "The Sing-Off" in 2009. They were founded by Joseph DiMasi and Ben Lunstad in 2002. They were a two-time National Audience Favorite and two-time runner-up at Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella Festival's National Finals and the runner-up for Favorite Pop/Rock Group at the Contemporary A Cappella Society's Community Awards (2007).
Face has also won several local honors, including Best Local Band at The Denver Channel's A-List Awards (2013), Best Local Musician at Boulder Weekly's Best of Boulder Awards (2009), and third place at The Denver Channel's A-List Awards for Best Local Band (2009). Face continued to shock the local and national stage between 2006 and 2011. They performed in front of San Francisco to Chicago, Dallas to Detroit, and Minneapolis. They were featured on two national television shows, The Sing-Off and America's Got Talent.
At their 10th anniversary show at the Paramount Theatre in Denver, Face released their fourth album, I Hear the Bells, in late 2011. Face has five CDs and a live concert Blu-ray/DVD to their credit as of 2014.
