Drake Milligan Information
Drake Milligan (June 1, 1998) is an American singer who gained fame playing the role of young Elvis Presley in the film Nobody and on the CMT series Sun Records. He has also appeared on America's Got Talent and American Idol.
"Honky Tonkin' About" was Milligan's first number one, topping the Canadian country chart. His other songs, "Sounds Like Something I'd Do" and "Honky Tonkin' About," have also charted.
In 2018, Milligan auditioned for American Idol but did not advance. Milligan also tried out for a recording deal with BBR Music Group in Nashville. Six months after his first rejection, the label finally signed him. Tony Brown produced his self-titled first EP, released in July 2021. In 2021, he dropped the holiday single "Cowgirl for Christmas" on October 22.
Milligan sang an original song called "Sounds Like Something I'd Do" with his band on America's Got Talent on June 8, 2022, and he received four "yes" votes, indicating their success. As of September 14, 2022, Drake has ended the season in third place. On September 13, 2023, Drake and his band performed a special performance of his new song "I Got A Problem" during an appearance on American Got Talent's Results Night.
On September 15, 2022, Milligan's first studio album, Dallas/Fort Worth, was released. The Grand Ole Opry was his first stop in October 2022. He recorded the song "Honky Tonkin' About" with The Reklaws in 2023. Released on September 7, 2023, his song "I Got A Problem."
