Doc Walker is a country music group with a lineup of Steve Broadhurst, Brent Pearen, Dave Wasyliw, and Chris Thorsteinson. “I Am Ready” and “The Show is Free” from their 2003 album Everyone Aboard won them a Canadian Country Music Award. Curve, their first album, was released in 2001. Universal Music Group released both albums. The RGK Entertainment Group handled Doc Walker and signed to Open Road Recordings.
The debut song from the group’s sixth studio album, Go, was released in early September 2009, and it was titled “Coming Home.” “Country Girl” was released in July 2011 as the lead single from the group’s seventh studio album, 16 & 1, released physically on August 29 and digitally on August 30, 2011.
