Chicago's Deeper formed in 2016, and the band honed its style over many years before releasing its self-titled first album in 2018. The band has a devoted fanbase in the city's underground music scene because of their mysterious songwriting and skillful blending of indie and post-punk equipment. They quickly embarked on a nationwide tour with other prominent indie rock bands.
