Death Before Dishonor is an American band that deals in hardcore genres. The band name is also known as DBD or DB4D for short. DBD originated in Boston, Massachusetts, and was founded in 2000. The band's current lineup consists of Bryan Harris- vocals, Colin Reilly – guitar, Frankie Puopolo – guitar, B-Roll - guitar, Greg Chihoski – bass, and Ben Hilton – drums. Some of the former members include Dave X, Erik Deitz, Dan Loftus, and Rob Deangelis. The group members are deeply influenced by some notable artists such as Madball, Agnostic Front, Blood for Blood, SSD, Death Threat, Suicidal Tendencies, Pennywise, and a few more.
Death Before Dishonor was signed with Bridge Nine Records in 2005. Some of their prominent initial releases were on the famous Spook City Records. Some of the hit music videos by the group are Born from Misery (2006), Break Through It All (2007), True Defeat (2019), and Freedom Dies (2019). Wartime was the debut album by DBD, which came out in 2001, followed by True Till Death in 2002. Some of the other follow-ups released by the band are 2003 Split CD with Nourish the Flame, 2004 True Till Death, 2005 Friends Family Forever, 2006 Split 7", 2007 Break Through It All***, Count Me In, 2009 Better Ways to Die, and 2019 Unfinished Business.
