David Guetta Information
Pierre David Guetta is a French record producer and DJ. He first started DJing at Paris's Broad Club in 1987. In 1987, he heard a Farley "Jackmaster" Funk single on French radio, which led him to explore house music. Before that, he played popular songs. He started putting on his club nights the following year. Together with French rapper Sidney Duteil, he released the hip-hop single "Nation Rap" in 1987.
He made his first album's debut in 2002 with the release of Just a Little More Love. Warner Music purchased the rights to Guetta's recorded music repertoire over the past 20 years on June 17, 2021. Morten and Guetta launched a collaborative US tour in March 2022; it ended on May 21, 2022, at EDC Las Vegas. In addition, they declared a residency at Hï Ibiza, which ran from June 3, 2022, until September 30, 2022, every Friday.
British singer-songwriters Ella Henderson and Becky Hill collaborated on Guetta's "Crazy What Love Can Do," which was released on April 8, 2022. Guetta, British DJ and producer Sigala, and British singer-songwriter Sam Ryder released "Living Without You" on September 2, 2022. David Guetta released "Big FU," a house-influenced afrobeat single featuring American rapper Lil Durk and Nigerian vocalist Ayra Starr, on October 27, 2023.
