Cory Morrow is an American singer and songwriter who gained massive popularity throughout the Southwest with his country music. He was born in Houston, Texas and began playing guitar while attending Texas Tech University and joined as a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He moved to Austin, Texas, in 1993 to pursue his career in music.
Cory Morrow released an album in 2002 entitled “Outside the Lines.” The album reached number 28 on the Billboard’s Country chart, number 3 on the magazine’s Internet Sales chart, number 16 on Heatseekers chart, and number 8 on its Independent Album chart. Also, SoundScan ranked him number 7 among “country debut artists” that year. Marrow has worked with several record labels throughout his career such as WriteOn, Greenhouse, Smith Entertainment, Sustain, and APEX/WriteOn.
Cory Morrow has released numerous notable albums throughout his career including Texas Time Travelin’ EP (1997), The Cory Morrow Band (1997), The Man That I Have Been (1998), Double Exposure: Live (2001), Songs We Wish We’d Written (2001), Full Exposure Live (2003), Live From Austin TX (2007), Brand New Me (2010), and Live at Billy Bob’s Texas (2012).
