Cloonee is a producer and DJ from the Birmingham region. He has a signature sound that combines tech-house and house. With 2019's 'The Ciggie' on Solid Grooves Raw and Big Beat's 'Be Good To Me,' his first Beatport no. 1, and contributions to Solardo's Sola, Elrow, Lee Foss's Repopulate Mars, and more, Cloonee has been steadily climbing the ranks of tech house's elite worldwide.
After releasing his now-iconic festival anthem "SunGoes Down" to a rapturous reception in 2020, Cloonee came out swinging in 2021 with another Beatport no. 1. He then teamed up with Spanish producer Wade for their fiery collaboration "Mi Amor," which has racked up millions of plays and is still going strong as his profile skyrocketed around the world.
As part of his "Love You Like That Summer US Tour," CLNE's follow-up single "Love You Like That" was released. The tour took place in various locations throughout the U.S., including Spybar in Chicago, Club Vinyl in Denver, the renowned Brooklyn Mirage, and Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
2022 was a banner year for many reasons, but musically, Cloonee shone through. He began the year by remixing Chris Lake's "Turn Off The Lights," and then he teamed up with Lake for the terrifying "Nightmares" on Black Book Records.
But the long-awaited release of "Tripasia," another Beatport no. 1, marked the debut of his now-thriving Hellbent Records label, which catapulted the budding Brit into the limelight. After adding far-reaching performances in Europe, North America, and South America to round off the year, 2023 seemed destined to be his most notable 12 months to date.
